Conditioning Partner Workout Scaled 10 Rounds Of: • 4 Wall Climbs (Partners alternate each rep) • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20) • 20 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 8 Knees to Elbows

Rx 10 Rounds Of: • 10 Handstand Push-ups • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20) • 20 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 10 Toes to Bar

Rx+ 10 Rounds Of: • 4 Muscle-ups • 20 Box Jumps (30"/24") • 20 Kettlebell Swings (#70/55) • 14 Toes to Bar
