* Increase reps by 3 each round.

Then immediately into...

AMRAP in 2 Minutes: • Wall Ball Shots (#20/14)

Optional Auxiliary Work 3 Sets, Not For Time: • Weighted Hip Extensions x 6-10 reps • Banded PNF Hamstring Stretch, 3 x 10 seconds
