REMINDERS Garage Games Amplify Open: Our second annual Garage Games competition is this weekend! April 12-13.

We will not have any normal class hours this weekend due to the competition.

FRIDAY Strength Deadlifts [wmv][mov] Every minute for 12 minutes complete 2 Deadlifts. Attempt to increase each minute until you fail. Start at 50% of your 1rep Clean.
