WEDNESDAY Strength Deadlift [wmv][mov] Every 90 seconds for 5 sets complete 5 heavy touch-and-go Deadlifts. Attempt to increase weight each set.

Conditioning For Time: 10 Reps down to 1 Rep of Power Cleans (#135/95) Complete 20 Double Unders between each set
