Then: Row 1000 meters 60 Over the Box Burpees (24"/20") While partner holds a plank 60 Handstand Push-ups While partner holds a handstand 60 Pull-ups While partner hangs from the bar Row 1000 meters

*After the Bear Complex, partners can split reps anyway they like.
