WEDNESDAY Conditioning "Tabata" • Kettlebell Step-ups (#55/35, 24'/20") • Dynamic Push-ups (Alternating hands on Slam Ball) • MedBall Sit-ups (#20/14) • Goblet Squats (#55/35)

*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Tabata will be 8 cycles through this time frame, per movement (20 sec. step-ups, 10 sec. rest x8). Work for maximum reps each burst, as well as max reps per exercise, and record total reps per exercise and on the WOD.
