SATURDAY In Teams of Three 5 Rounds of AMRAP in 3 minutes: • 10 Ground to Overhead (#45/25 plate) • Plate Push

* 1 minute rest in between rounds.  One person is holding a squat and another is holding a handstand. Get to the gym for specifics!
