FRIDAY Strength Push Jerk [wmv][mov] or Split Jerk [wmv][mov] 1 rep max attempts!

Conditioning For Time: 3 Rounds Of: • 120' Shuttle Run (10-20-30ft. back/forth sections) • 10 Push Jerks (#135/95) • 10 Knees to Elbows

Then 100 Air Squats
