THURSDAY Strength Hang Snatch [wmv][mov] Take 12 minutes to establish a 1 repmax hang snatch (squat is preferred).

Conditioning 5 Rounds For Time: • 3 Hang Power Snatches (@80% of today's weight) • 6 Box Jumps (30"/24") • Run 200 meters • 3 Hang Squat Snatches • 6 Box Jumps
