Partner workout for your weekend enjoyment!

SATURDAY Partner WOD In groups of two: Perform 50 Wall Ball Shots Then complete the following: 50 Push Jerks (#115/75) 50 Hang Power Cleans 50 Front Squats 50 Burpees

50 is the total rep number between partners. Split as you choose. There is a 5 pull-up penalty for each partner if the ball or bar is ever dropped. During the burpees, one partner works and the other holds the barbell. Have fun! Get fit.
