Team WOD.... with old school wheel barrow walks!!!

SATURDAY Conditioning Team WOD Run 3200 meters (or if weather doesn’t cooperate, complete 300 Double Unders/1000 Single Jumps) 200 Kettlebell Swings 100 Pistols 50 reps each, Partner Wheel Barrow Walks

Besides Wheel Barrow Walks, the rep count is total for each team of two. Split the reps any way you choose, and complete the exercises in any order you like. Wheel Barrows must be completed with hands on ground, partner holds feet at waist—one step with the hand = 1 rep.
