Beginners: complete this solo or as a team WOD.. partners complete 50 reps of each movement, performing a max of 15 reps in a row.

9-11 Throwdown TOMORROW is September 11. In honor of the 10 year anniversary of the pivotal attack on America we will be participating in the 9-11 Throwdown workout at Bulldog CrossFit in Forest Park. Check the WOD and come on up to hit it in remembrance of that infamous day in our nation’s history.
