Sprints AND Burpees?!  Who did we tick off?

THURSDAY Strength Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3 [wmv][mov] Push Press 3-3-3-3 [wmv][mov]

Conditioning 5 Rounds Of: Sprint 100 meters and complete 20 Burpees in 3 minutes

*Use the remainder of each 3min time frame to rest between rounds. * Beginners: sub 15 or 10 burpees each round as needed.
