FRIDAY Strength Clean & Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 [wmv][mov] (Warm-up for WOD)

Conditioning 100 Burpees For Time*

*Starting at 0:00 and at each minute that passes on the clock, perform 1 Power Clean and 3 Jerks (shoulder to overhead) at 50% of your 1 rep OH max before moving on in your count towards 100 burpees.
