Back to the grind.  Happy Monday, from us to you.

MONDAY Strength Shoulder Press  5-3-3-2-2 [wmv][mov]

Conditioning "Tabata Something Else" [wmv][mov] • Pull-ups • Push-ups • Sit-ups • Squats

Tabata Intervals: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times.  Complete all 8 cycles of pull-ups before moving to push-ups, etc.  There is no break between exercises-- during rotation the "rest clock" keeps running.  Record total number of reps per exercise, as well as overall total.
