Conditioning For Time: 75 Hang Kettlebell Snatches, Right Arm (#55/25) 75 Hang Kettlebell Snatches, Left Arm (#55/25) * Every time the kettlebell stops moving (rests at top, rests at hang position, is dropped, or is set down), run 200 meters. Also, run 200m if and when you switch arms. No extra swings, no kicking the KB to keep it "moving" on the ground.... in other words, no cheating this WOD. Clock stops when all 150 reps have been completed.
CrossFit Amplify will be closed Friday night, 4/22. There will be no 5:30 or 6:30pm classes. Friday morning classes will meet as usual. Sorry for the cancellation.
