Strength Snatch  3-3-3-3 [wmv][mov] *Catch in full squat each rep.

Conditioning For time: 20 Handstand Push-ups 30 Pull-ups 50 Burpees 30 Pull-ups 20 Handstand Push-ups After final rep of HSPU, run 400 meters.

* Beginners: sub rep numbers or handstand holds PLUS piked HSPU (feet on jump box). [wmv][mov]
