Strength:

Back Squat 5-3-2-2

Conditioning:

5 minute row for meters

2 minutes of max pull-ups

2 minutes of max push-ups

2 minutes of max knees to elbows

3 minutes to determine a heavy 1-rep deadlift

Complete all exercises in order with no rest in between. Record meters, reps, and DL weight.
