Strength:

Thruster [wmv][mov], 3-3-2-2

WOD:

"Nate" [wmv][mov]

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

• 2 Muscle-ups

• 4 Handstand Push-ups

• 8 Kettlebell swings #70/35

Beginners sub 4 pull-ups each round and use timed handstand holds as needed
