Skill/Strength:

Power Clean 15-10-5-1 [wmv][mov]

All multiple reps are “touch-and-go.”

WOD:

For time:

100 Squats

80 Sit-ups

60 Push-ups

40 Back Extensions

Each time you switch exercises, run 200 meters.

Also, any time you break up the total reps for each movement, run 200 meters before moving on.
