Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

Every 2 minutes for 4 sets:

If you feel confident in the movements, increase weight every set.

Conditioning
3 Rounds For Time:
• 15 Thrusters (#95/65)
• 15 Lateral Barbell Burpees
• 15 Pull-ups (C2B for Rx+)
