9 Rounds Of:
• 7 Thrusters (Bar, Dumbbell, etc.)
• 14 Sit-ups (Got a bar? Scale up to 7 Toes to Bar or 7 Pull-ups)
• Run 200 meters

If you have the ability, increase the Thruster weight every 3 rounds.
