AT-HOME WOD

Conditioning
AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
50 Back Rack Lunges (Bar, DB, Plate, etc)
25 Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: 15 Wall Climbs; Push-up to Pop-up)
Then AMRAP Hang Power Snatch

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
50 Deadlifts (Bar, DB, Plate, etc)
25 Handstand Push-ups
Then AMRAP Back Squats

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
50 Back Rack Lunges (Bar, DB, Plate, etc)
25 Handstand Push-ups
Then AMRAP Push Jerks
