Complete multiple sets of 3-4 reps.

Conditioning
4-5 Rounds Of:
• 9 (Hang) Clusters
• 9 Sprawl to Deadlift
• 400m Run

Barbell, Dumbbells, or otherwise. Choose a weight based on what you have.
