COVID-19 UPDATE
We’re closed Sundays going forward until further notice.
Amp’s owners will be cleaning, disinfecting, and getting the gym ready for the following week.  

Monday thru Saturday, all class hours will remain the same.

We’ve sent an email to our members recently to discuss our current situation better.

In-Gym WOD

Strength 
Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy Clean & Jerk.
Squat or Power Clean, Push or Split Jerk allowed.

Conditioning 
2 Rounds, with 16 minute time cap:
• 25 Burpees
• 50 Sit-ups
• 75 Air Squats


At-Home WOD

A)
3 Rounds Of:
40 seconds On / 20 seconds Off 
Suicide Runs (width of turf)
Candle Sticks
Tuck Jumps

B)
2 Rounds, with 16 minute time cap:
• 25 Burpees or Spawls
• 50 Sit-ups
• 75 Air Squats

C)
3 Rounds Of:
45 seconds On / 15 seconds Off:
Plank Shoulder Taps
Flutter Kicks
