• 24 Hang Dumbbell Clean & Jerks (#50/35)
• 24 Box Jumps
• 24 Back Squats (#115/85)
• 24 Pull-ups
• 24 Burpees

* Down/Back Turf Length Running after every movement. Running reps will start at 1 each and increase.
