For Total Time:
20 Alternating Rounds Of:
3 Shoulder to Overhead (#135/95)
6 Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)
9 Kettelbell Swings (#55/35)

Then 
1 Mile Plate Run #45/35 (held anyway) 
* 100 Plate squats at the half way point.
Split the squats up by 10’s.


Bootcamp

8 mins each station with 2 min rest between each:

1) 3 burpees together

P1: 7/5 cal ski

P2: rest

2) 6 air squats together

P1: 2 width sled push down and back

P2: rest

3) 9 jumping Jack's together

P1: 2- 1 sprawl with tuck+2 jump slams **I'll send a video**

P2: rest

4) 12 situps together

P1: 10/8 DB thrusters *lite

P2: rest

**partners will do the designated movement at each station together every time they switch. P1 works while P2 rests.
