CrossFit Open Workout 19.4!
We continute to test our fitness. Info and Leaderboards.
Amplify will complete the weekly workout every Friday as the gym WOD!

Come hang out for our evening classes and “Friday Night Lights,” sponsored by Michelob Ultra.
We’ll be giving out FREE beer all night so come in or stick around, support the evening crew, and have a few beers with friends!

Also, we’ll be giving a free ticket to every Amp member in attendance for an opportunity to win $100 off of your membership in the following Friday’s raffle.
