• 60 Ski or Airdyne Calories
• 40 Partner MedBall Sit-ups
• 20 Burpee Box Jumps
• 10 D-ball to Shoulder + Squat
• 5 Down & Back Turf Lengths, Running

* At 4:00, 9:00, 14:00, 19:00, & 24:00, perform 1 minute of max reps Turf Width Sled Push.
