• 20 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Kipping Knee Raises)
• 20 Hang Dumbbell Snatch
• 20 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
• 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs

Rest 2 Minutes

Optional Additional Work
5 minutes of Turf Length Running
