Work into a moderate complex.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 2-4-6-8-10 Reps, Etc. Devil’s Press Thrusters (#35/25)
• 10 Pull-ups (5 Muscle-ups for Rx+)
• Run 200 meters

* Scored by total reps. 200m Run is 1 Rep. 


Bootcamp

5 Rounds Of:
• Row 1 Minute
• Rest 1 Minute

Every 3 Minutes for 3 Rounds:
• Sled Push 2 Down & Back turf Lengths
• Max Burpees

Every 3 Minutes for 3 Rounds:
Run 200 meters
Then AMRAP:
• 10 Air Squats
• 10 Lunges
