AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• 10 Pull-ups (6-10 Muscle-ups for Rx+)
• 20 Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: 2-4 Wall Climbs)
• 30 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35 Rx; #70/55 Rx+)
• Heavy Sled Push, 2 Turf Width Down & Backs

* Partners can split reps any way they choose. One person works at a time.
