• 10 Air Squats
• 15 AbMat Sit-ups
5 Rounds of 45 Seconds On / 15 Seconds Off:
• Row or Airdyne
• Battle Rope
• Turf Width Shuffles
• Spider-Man Push-ups
• 2 Lunge Jumps + 1 Tuck Jump (or Squat Jump)
• Heels to Heaven
