• 22 Kettlebell Swing to Goblet Squat (#55/35)
• 22 Toes to Bar
• 22 Overhead Walking Lunges (#45/25 Plate)
• 22 Calorie Row or Airdyne

* One partner works at a time. Beginners: sub Knee Raises for T2B and Dumbbell Push Press for the HSPU.
