Take 20-25 minutes to complete 5 Sets of 3 Back Squats.
Use 85% of 1rep across all sets OR add 2.5% from your last squats if they went well.

Partner Conditioning
With a 15 Minute Time Cap:
40 Hang Squat Cleans (#135/95)
50 Toes to Bar
20 Hang Squat Cleans (#185/125)
30 Toes to Bar
10 Hang Squat Cleans (#205/145)
20 Toes to Bar

* Scale Toes to Bar to Straight Leg Raises. Heels must rise above hip crease.
