AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• 1 Round of "Cindy"
• Heavy Sled Push, Turf Width Down & Back

* Athletes will switch after each Sled Push. One person works at a time.

“Cindy”
• 5 Pull-ups (Optional 2-3 Muscle-ups for Rx+)
• 10 Push-ups
• 15 Air Squats

Optional Additional Work
Partner Airdyne: 120 Calories For Time
