Take 20 minutes to complete 5 Sets of 4 Back Squats.
Use 80% of 1rep across all sets.

Conditioning
3 Rounds For Time:
• 50 Double Unders
• 30 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35)
• Row 500 meters


Bootcamp

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

12 Reverse lunge
10 RKBS
8 Push ups
X5
*1 min rest between

10 min AMRAP
P1: 12 Length runs
P2: 20 Sit-ups then Burpees
