FRIDAY Strength Front Squat [Video] Back Squat [Video] Take 20 minutes to find a heavy 1rep Front Squat OR Back Squat.

Conditioning AMRAP in 18 Minutes: • 25ft Front Rack Walking Lunges (#95/65 Rx; #115/80 Rx+) • 6 Pull-ups (C2B for Rx+) • 25ft Front Rack Walking Lunges • 12 Burpees (No Push-up)

* Pull-ups increase by 3 reps each round.

Front Squat Technique
