Conditioning Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds: • 15 Overhead Squats (#95/65) • 10 Lateral Barbell Burpees • 5 Ring Muscle-ups

* Scaled: 3 Bar Muscle-ups or 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups.
