TUESDAY Strength Push Press [YouTube] Every 90 seconds for 5 sets complete 3 Push Press reps. Start at last week's 5 rep weight and increase as you go. This is not meant to be cycled fast. Full reset between reps. Quality movements.

Conditioning AMRAP in 18 Minutes: • Run 400 meters • 10 Handstand Push-ups (20 reps for Rx+) • 20 Burpees
