Option 1 • 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups • 10 Hand Release Push-ups • 15 Jump Squats

Option 2 • 5 Handstand Push-ups • 10 Alternating Jumping Lunges • 15 Chin to Bar Pull-ups

* Partners alternate rounds, no matter what option they go with.
