MONDAY Strength Front Squat [YouTube] Every 2 minutes for 5 sets completes 8 Front Squats (#155/105 Rx; #175/125 Rx+).
Conditioning For 5 Cycles complete these reps every 90 seconds:
• 10 Thrusters (#100/65) • 30 Double Unders • 10 Burpees
* Start from the top of the cycle every 90 seconds. If you complete the reps within the 90 second time frame, rest the remainig time.
Then AMRAP in 2 Minutes: V-ups
