SATURDAY Partner WOD:
Row 1000 meters 80 Push-ups (Partner holds 2 KBs) 60 Box Jumps (Partner holds 2 KBs) 40 Goblet Squats (Partner holds other KB in the bottom of squat) 30 Reverse Lunges with KBs (Partner holds a handstand) 20 Kettlebell Swings (Both partners work at the same time) 10 Farmers Carries, Down & Back on the turf (5 each partner)
* Split reps and meters any way you'd like.
Weekend Motivation: Might as well jump
