Team Workout Saturday!!!

SATURDAY Team Workout AMRAP in 25 minutes: • 10 Squat Cleans (#185/105) • 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (#70/55) • 30 AbMat Sit-ups

*One partner works on AMRAP while the other person completes 1 Sled Push, down & back the length of the turf.  Switch upon return.
