CrossFit For Hope! Amplify will host normal class times, 9am and 10am, in order to complete the CrossFit For Hope workout.

Members, it is not necessary, but if you'd like to bring in a cash donation, CrossFit Amplify will help donate in the name of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to combat child cancer.

“Hope” 3 Rounds Of: • Burpees • Power Snatch (#75/55) • Box Jumps (24"/20") • Thrusters (#75/55) • Chest to Bar Pull-ups • Rest 1 minute

How It Works "Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. • In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. • This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. • The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. • On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. • One point is given for each rep.

Remember all crossfit workouts are scalable.
