MONDAY Strength Clean [wmv][mov] Every minute for 5 minutes complete 5 Cleans (full squat) @60-70% of 1rep max. Focus on technique.
Condtioning Group A AMRAP in 10 minutes: • 3 Power Clean + Front Squat + Thruster (#95/65) • 3 Pull-ups
Reps increase by 3 each round.
Group B AMRAP in 10 minutes: • 3 Squat Clean to Thruster (#115/75) • 3 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Reps increase by 3 each round. Group C AMRAP in 10 minutes: • 3 Squat Clean to Thruster (#135/95) • 3 Muscle-ups
Reps increase by 3 each round.
