TUESDAY Strength Power Clean [wmv][mov]

Every 45 seconds for 6 sets complete 3 touch-and-go Power Cleans. Weight should be as heavy as possible.

Conditioning 3 Rounds For Time: • Run 400 meters • 10 Burpee Pull-ups • 14 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (#70/50)
