Every 45 seconds for 6 sets complete 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch at #145/95

Conditioning AMRAP in 10 minutes of: • 10 Pull-ups • 15 Hang Power Snatch (#75/55) • 20 Push-ups
