Overhead strength and some G.I. Jane type action.

Early Thanks! Lets get together next Wednesday night , November 21, and celebrate how thankful we are for our new space. The Smiths will bring bacon-wrapped dates and beer. THURSDAY Strength Push Press [wmv][mov]; Push Jerk [wmv][mov]

Every 40 seconds for 4 minutes:
1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk
* Reps at 0:00-0:40-1:20-2:00-2:40-3:20-4:00

Then take 3 attempts to find your heaviest Push Jerk.

Conditioning 100 Burpee Pull-ups

* Every 2 minutes complete 1 shuttle run.
