A Chippper kind of Thursday!

THURSDAY CHIPPER Conditioning 15 Thrusters (#115/85) 10 Ring Dips 25 Ring Rows ~900m Run 25 Ring Dips 10 Ring Rows 15 Thrusters

* Ring Rows will be completed with rings at dip height with heels on jump box.  The Run will be twice around both warehouse buildings.

Thrusters (are no fun)
